Jackson Obasogie, a fifteen-year veteran executive with Arby’s, Inc, is President and founder of the company. During his tenure at Arby's, Mr. Obasogie held numerous key positions in the Employee Benefits area. As Director of Corporate Employee Benefits, Mr. Obasogie had overall responsibility for all the benefit programs sponsored by Arby's, its parent company (TRIARC) and subsidiaries (Royal Crown Cola Co., Mistic Brands, Inc., National Propane Corp., Graniteville Company and Southeastern Public Service Co.). Mr. Obasogie is a current member of the local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management and International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Marilyn M. Jones, also a former executive of Arby’s, Inc. and an accountant with over 20 years of experience, joined BOI in 1997. Marilyn currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Marketing.
